How much do jeans/denim skirts shrink in the dryer?
I have a denim skirt and jeans that are both about a size too big for me and I am thinking of putting them in the dryer...will it make them shrink too much? I put PJ pants in the dryer once and they turned into capris.. :S So I am a little nervous about it...any suggestions?
My experience with denim has always been that the shrinkage isn’t permanent because cotton is a fabric that’s naturally flexible. Your clothes will stretch back out after you wear then for a bit. I have a pair of jeans that fit perfectly for the first couple of hours out of the dryer, and then they stretch right back out to being too big. The caveat to this is that if your denim contains a high enough concentration of spandex, the spandex can shrink irreversibly over time.
What color of top i should wear with denim (jeans) skirt.?
Basically any color goes with denim. So what's your favorite color?
How can you make a knee length denim skirt out of jeans?
I started going to a COG Pentecostal church about two years ago and was recently convicted of wearing pants. I have old jeans I would love to change into a skirt but I HATE the two panel method (no offense to those who use it). What should I do??
